Jörg Schickert is a partner in the Munich office of Hogan Lovells. He advises major pharmaceutical, medical devices and biotech companies on any regulatory and commercial matters of these industries. Mr Schickert’s regulatory experience ranges form EU and national life sciences legislation (clinical trials, market authorisations, pharmacovigilance etc) to anti-corruption & compliance and distribution issues. He also drafts and negotiates collaboration, licence, manufacturing and distribution agreements as well as co-promotion/marketing agreements. Moreover, Mr Schickert focuses on pharmaceutical sales and distribution issues and has specialised in European and German pricing and reimbursement law, particularly within the German public healthcare system. He also assists in corporate deals which relate to his specific industry experience. In 2004/2005 he was seconded for eight months to Bristol-Myers Squibb in Munich and Princeton, New Jersey.
