Stefan Schulz
Stefan Schulz joined the Lovells Life Sciences team in 2006. As a lawyer he advises pharmaceutical, medical devices and biotech companies on regulatory, pharmacovigilance, commercial and reimbursement issues at the EU and national level. Mr Schulz’s expertise extends to medical law including the law of hospitals and other health care service providers. His contract work ranges from clinical trial contracts and collaborations to distribution and co-promotion/marketing agreements. He also assists in corporate deals which relate to his specific industry experience. Mr Schulz earned a doctorate degree with distinction from University of Trier for a thesis on the law of repro-genetics in the UK completed at Jesus College, Oxford University. He has authored articles and books on European, German and UK law on stem cell research as well as pharmaceutical and medical law. He completed his studies at the Universities of Trier, Nancy (France) and Oxford.
