The Greek ministry of commerce appears to be giving the pharmaceutical industry room for manoeuvre in its price cut plans. In April, the government issued proposals to cut medicine prices cut by 3-27%, but it has now written to three industry associations - representing the R&D (SFEE), generics (PEF) and the OTC sectors (EFEX) – saying that companies will be allowed to submit a "petition for remedy" or appeal against these price cuts...
